Kuliah Pakar Series #7 ini dibuka oleh bapak Pembina Tk.I IV\/a Prof. Dr. Ir. Muhamad Asvial, M.Eng selaku Dekan Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Pertahanan Universitas Pertahanan RI, yang dimoderatori oleh bapak Sembada Denrineksa Bimorogo, S.T., M.T.I selaku Dosen Program Studi Informatika FSTP Unhan RI. Pada sambutan Dekan FSTP Universitas Pertahanan RI, beliau menyampaikan bahwa kuliah pakar merupakan sebuah wadah pengembangan pengetahuan, yang bergulir setiap bulan. Yang berguna menumbuhkan motivasi belajar para Kadet Mahasiswa FSTP Universitas Pertahanan RI. Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) yang sangat pesat di dunia berimbas kepada semakin canggih dan variatifnya bentuk-bentuk kewaspadaan terhadap pertahanan negara. Kuliah Pakar Series #7 Program Studi Informatika FSTP Universitas Pertahanan RI diikuti oleh sivitas akademika Universitas Pertahanan RI, dalam rangka wujud pelaksanaan keaktifan dalam bidang akademik yang ditujukan kepada seluruh kadet mahasiswa FSTP Unhan RI.
